Public Transportation within New York City

Take the A, C, or #1 subway to 168th Street, or take the M2, M3, M4, M5, or M100 bus to 168th St. and Broadway.  Walk down 168th street crossing Fort Washington Ave. You will pass the Neurological Institute on your left and the street will curve northward. On your left you will see the Kolb Annex.   Enter through the glass doors and follow signs to the new building.  Take the elevator down to the third floor and follow signs to Anxiety Disorders Clinic, room 3200.

Automobile

The most direct way to CPMC from most locations is to follow directions leading to the George Washington Bridge, then exit onto the Henry Hudson Parkway, and then onto Riverside Drive (south).  The Institute is on your right as you proceed south on Riverside Drive.  Public parking is located at the corner of 165th Street and Fort Washington Ave.
